Pull along animals encourage first steps and give curious walkers a cheerful companion around the house. If the paint ever wears thin after years of play, a light coat of beeswax brings the colour back to life. Children between one and three years old usually enjoy chunky pieces that are easy to grasp. The most popular item this year is a rainbow stacker that doubles as a bridge, a tunnel and a cradle.
Why families choose wooden toys
Grandparents often choose a classic train set, while new parents tend to pick soft shapes and rattles. Shopping locally supports the craftspeople who carve, paint and assemble every toy in our range. Simple toys leave room for imagination, which is exactly where the best games are invented. Open ended play helps children practise counting, sorting, balancing and telling their own stories.

Caring for your toys
We finish the toys with water based paints and natural beeswax that are tested for child safety. Because wooden toys contain no batteries, they invite quiet concentration instead of flashing distraction.
